You will begin your session with an hour in The Bathhouse, soaking in hot tubs and sweating in the sauna, getting your body warm and ready for the pampering to come. There is no need to book this in, it is included and begins 1hour before your treatment session time.

Then you will be welcomed into the treatment room for a Relaxation Massage, incorporating essential oils and energy healing to truly help your body to let go and surrender.

This will be followed by a Bespoke Organic Facial, using a combination of Mukti and Cannabella products, tailored entirely to you and your skin.

You will float out feeling like a brand new human.

After warming your body with some traditional Swedish massage techniques, your massage therapist will use the stones as an extension of their hands to massage your muscles.
